How to Set Pricing for Tours?

Step 1:

  • Select the "Inventory" tab on the left, then choose "Pricing".

  • In the "Maximum Seats" section, enter the maximum number of guests that can book your service/product.

  • Click "Save" when finished.

Step 2:

  • For shared tours, in the "Person Type Name" section, select the customer category (Adult/Child/Infant) (If it's a private tour, input base cost = 0 and move to step 3).

  • Enter the unit price in the "Base cost" field.

  • In the "MIN" box, enter the quantity of 1 for the "Adult" category.

  • Click "Save" when finished.

Step 3:

  • In the "Cost" section, toggle the "Private cost" button if it’s a private tour.

  • In the "Display cost" field, enter the unit price for shared tours or the total price for private tours.

  • Click "Save" when finished.

Step 4:

  • In the "Advanced Pricing" section, select "Person count" with the total number of guests for the private tour and enter the total tour price.

  • Select "Weekends" and add the weekend surcharge.

  • Select "Range of days" for holidays and add the additional fee.

  • Click "Save" when finished.

  • Note: The Advanced Pricing section above is used to set the price per person, while the section below is for setting the price based on the total number of guests in the booking.

  • You can set the advanced pricing based on the price per person.

  • Alternatively, you can set the advancing price based on the total number of people booking the service.
