II. After completing the time setup in the Availability tab, please go to the Inventory tab and select Availability to choose the time for the tour.
Step 1: Go to the Availability section.
Turn on the “All-day duration” button for all-day tours.
Alternatively, enter the number of hours in the “Duration” field for hourly tours.
In the "Lead Time" section, it refers to the minimum number of days customers need to complete their booking before the service date. Specifically, with the defined lead time, the provider has enough time to prepare, confirm services, and ensure all necessary conditions for the trip are met.
For example: if a tour requires a "lead time" of 7 days, the customer must book the tour at least 7 days before the departure date.
Click "Save" to proceed to the next step.
In the Availability section, select the time frame for the tour (the time that has been preset in the Availability tab).
Click "Save" to proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Edit the time.
If you want to adjust the time after selecting it, please click on "Edit Availability." The system will automatically navigate to the Availability tab so you can update and make adjustments.
