Whether you need to change order information, confirm payment, or send a notification, our platform makes it easy to do so. Follow these simple steps to manage and adjust an order:
Part 1. Change booking information
In the "Booking details" section -> select Edit -> choose to change “Name/Number/Email/Booking Price” depending on the item that needs adjustment, such as customer name/phone number/email/tour price.
Click “Submit” after completing.
Part 2. Confirm booking/payment/deposit
In the "Operation Action" section -> you can choose “Confirm/Mark as Paid/Deposited/Cancel” to confirm or mark that the customer has deposited or paid/canceled the tour.
Part 3. Send booking confirmation email
In the "Quick Actions" section - select "Send booking details to Vendor via email" or "Send booking details to Customer via email" to send the tour confirmation email to the customer or vendor.
Click “Submit” after completing.
Part 4. Send notification/note
In the "Note" section, choose "Private" if you only want to make an internal note or "Public" if sending a notification to the customer, then enter the message to be sent.
Click "Add note" after completing.
