Step 1: Go to "Inventory", select the tour for which the operator requires confirmation or rejection when a customer makes a booking.
Step 2: Access the "Inventory setup" of the selected tour and enable the "Require Confirmation" option so that the tour requires confirmation or rejection from the operator.
Click "Save" when you are done.
When the customer completes the payment for the booking using a card, the system will send an email requesting the operator to confirm or reject the booking. The email template sent to the operator is shown below.
The operator should click the "Confirm Booking" button in the email if they want to confirm that the booking will proceed as per the details.
In case the operator rejects the booking, please go to tourmatic.io, access the "Booking" tab, select the booking to be rejected, and click "Reject" to cancel the booking.
